Reindeer Run

Brief Description

WE HAVE ADDED A NEW START WAVE DO TO THE OVERWHELMING RESPOSE. Come on out and have some fun at the Reindeer Run! Starting directly across from the Bay Shore Park at the beginning of the Beach Path next to the water fountain. The exact cross streets are 54th and E Ocean Blvd. Walk or run your way to great health, fitness and well being!

WAVE 1 @ 7:30AM - Packet pick up will be at the venue from 6:45AM until the race start at 7:30AM.

WAVE 2 @ 9:00AM - Packet pick up with me at the venue from 8:30AM until the race start at 9:00AM.

Additional Information

WAVE 1 starts at 730 am WAVE 2 starts at 9 am. Limited to 75 in each wave. A course map can be found here: http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=5167957 Its a basic out and back along the beach path, 1 loop for 5k'ers, 2 for the 10k and 3 for the 15k. We just added a marathon and half marathon option by request. If you wanna run it we will support you in any way we can! Since its Christmas Eve we request anybody wanting to run the full marathon to start early. Other than that, most people will be running the 5, 10, or 15k. Email us to request more info. Everyone will get a personalized finishers certificate as well as a goodie bag without the bag. Basically, we will have boxes of free stuff laying out that people are allowed to take from along with the usual bananas, oranges, water, etc. This helps us save bags and continue to be as eco friendly as possible. To keep costs low we do not offer any special awards or t shirts. Bibs are hand made and can either be taken home or recycled for further races. This isnt your normal large festival like race. We are a low key race that emphasize a more personal satisfaction to racing. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you out there!
