Come on out and have some fun at the Mother's 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon, or Marathon! This is pretty much a fun run that is timed. Official results will be posted after the event.
6:20am-7:00am check in and bib pick up for 5k, 10k, 15k, half marathon
6:00am-6:15am check in and bib pick up for marathon
7:00am start 5k, 10k, 15k, half marathon
6:15am marathon start
COURSE: The course is super easy to follow. It will consist of loops around the path that will be marked.5k (1x), 10k (2x), 15k (3x) with aid station every loop.

Time limit for marathon: 6.5 hours - if more than 6 hours is needed please email us for early start information.
Everyone will get a medal as well as a goodie bag without the bag. Basically, we will have boxes of free stuff laying out that people are allowed to take from along with the usual bananas, water, etc. This helps us save bags and continue to be as eco friendly as possible.To keep costs low we do not offer any special awards or t shirts. Everyone will get a cool medal!!

Coach Heather Binns, CPT with Full of Life Fitness will guide you down the 10K training path! With her 6-week program you'll receive a weekly training curriculum including training days/mileage, various stretching techniques, corrective/strength/resistance training, speed training, nutrition guidance, coaching advice, motivation and more! You must be able to run at least 20 minutes prior to starting her program. If you are not at that level yet, register for her program today so she can send you a preparation program to start now on your own to get to that level before her training begins in April.
